Our school is supported by Western Australian Government Dental Therapy Services, which provide free ongoing dental care for children attending school from Pre-primary to Year 11.
About the Service
Dental Therapy Centres aim to improve the oral health of children through:
- Education about caring for teeth and gums
- Instruction on good oral hygiene practices
- Guidance on healthy dietary habits that support dental health
These services play an important role in supporting children’s overall health and wellbeing.
Dental Treatment Provided
Dental Therapy Services may include:
- Permanent or temporary fillings
- Fluoride treatments
- Fissure sealants
- X-rays
- Extractions (if required)
- Cleaning of teeth
Please note that specialist dental treatment is not coveredunder this service. If specialist care is required, a referral will be provided to families.
Enrolment Information
Children from Pre-primary to Year 6 are automatically enrolled in the public dental service.
